As a Lead Cook at Oak View Group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food products in a timely manner to our guests. You will work closely with our Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Kitchen Supervisor to plan menus and estimate food consumption. Your attention to detail and commitment to sanitation and health standards will ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for our patrons.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Prepare hot and cold foods following company recipes and portioning requirements
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
• Consult with Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor to plan menus and estimate expected food consumption
• Be responsible for portioning, arranging, and garnishing food plates for delivery to guests
**Requirements:**
• 1+ years of experience in a kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
