Job Summary

CONMED Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the people strategy to drive exceptional business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and execute strategic talent objectives to drive business performance.
  • Embed a performance management culture within the business area to drive business improvement.
  • Identify and develop key learning programs to drive best demonstrated practices in performance management processes.
  • Partner to develop and drive aggressive talent acquisition programs, supports the onboarding process.
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management.
  • Implement comp/commission plans and propose sales incentive, compensation, and benefits strategies.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in related field.
  • 8+ years of related experience, including HR, performance coaching, and talent development, and management experience.
