About the Role
Haven Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a skilled Lead Nurse Care Coordinator to join our team at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia. This role plays a crucial part in providing comprehensive care and support to our patients.
Job Summary:
The Lead Nurse Care Coordinator will oversee the provision of care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of treatment and support. This includes coordinating resources for direct care staff, managing incident responses, and providing support in hiring and staff education.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of care delivery
- Serving as a resource to direct care staff
- Supporting the Director of Nursing with hiring, orientation, staffing, and staff education
- Providing direct patient care when necessary
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a graduate degree from an accredited RN program and experience in psychiatric nursing. In accordance with the emergency regulation issued by the City of Philadelphia, all employees and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.
