Clinical Coordination Role

The Neurological Institute's practice relies on highly skilled clinical coordinators to ensure seamless patient care. As a member of this team, you will work closely with neurosurgeons and staff to coordinate all clinical aspects of the practice.

Detailed Knowledge and Organizational Skills Required

To excel in this role, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of treatment indications, be able to organize weekly conferences, protocol follow-up, education, and patient care. Excellent organizational skills are also essential for success in this position.

Collaboration and Education

You will work collaboratively with physicians to provide community education, first responder education, and peer education within Cooper University Health Care. This requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in neurosurgical nursing and hold a current RN license in New Jersey. A BSN degree is preferred, but not required.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
