Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Monitor Maintenance Activities: Oversee all maintenance-related tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and Manage Budgets: Create and manage annual and project-based budgets for maintenance and facility-related expenses.
  • Plan and Direct Work Schedules: Coordinate work schedules with department employees to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure Safety and Security: Provide a safe working environment for employees and protect company property.
  • Work Independently and Collaborate with Teams: Work effectively with minimal supervision and contribute to a team environment to achieve production goals.
  • Resolve Issues and Provide Recommendations: Address and resolve issues related to job responsibilities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Train and Develop Employees: Coach employees in proper job performance techniques and procedures, and maintain records on employee productivity.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, to lead a team effectively.
