Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical architecture, implementation, and enhancement of global infrastructure services, focusing on our Hybrid Cloud initiative.
• Oversee architectural design, technology evaluation, and integration planning activities.
• Research and propose new technologies, including integrated hardware and software solutions, that fulfill critical business needs.
• Ensure that architecture and design deliver reliability and redundancy for all IT services.
• Manage assigned projects and program components to meet established objectives.
• Maintain high-quality documentation for supported infrastructure.
• Automate operational tasks for Windows, Linux, and Cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to integrate Systems technologies with the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and other legal and regulatory requirements in the infrastructure domain.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:
• Extensive experience in designing and managing public cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service in Azure or AWS.
• At least 10 years of experience in the design and development of Windows and Linux IT systems.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell.
• Experience in implementing innovative technologies and solutions within an enterprise IT setting.
• In-depth knowledge of vSphere ESXi 5/6 and experience in deploying and managing a highly virtualized infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory architecture, design, and configuration in an enterprise IT environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with additional scripting languages (bash, python, vbscript, etc.).
• Background in supporting and managing high-performance computing (HPC), preferably SAP HANA.
• Experience working with various REST or SOAP-based APIs.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and DFS in a Windows 2008/2012 environment.
• Proficiency in crafting advanced Splunk queries to support operational needs.
• Experience with the architecture, design, and implementation of Exchange Online (O365).
• Understanding of SAN storage (Pure Storage) and experience with fiber switches, storage zoning, and backup technologies (Veeam or Commvault).
• Familiarity with load balancing technologies (F5 or AVI Networks).
• Experience with relational databases (Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On solutions (Okta).
• Experience using the ServiceNow platform with a focus on IT Operations Management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of security principles and practices.
• Experience with Configuration Management tools (SaltStack, Ansible, SCCM, etc.).
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, including active listening and openness to constructive feedback.
