Join our skilled team as a Metal Fabrication Specialist, where your expertise will contribute to the construction of new truck bodies and the restoration of existing vehicles and large machinery. This role encompasses a variety of tasks beyond welding, including:

  • Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage
  • Formulating effective repair strategies
  • Executing welding and metal fabrication tasks
  • Repairing or replacing damaged body components
  • Ensuring all repairs comply with safety regulations
  • Maintaining detailed records of repairs and materials utilized

Experience with fiberglass and body filler is essential.

Required Skills

Position Type

This is a contract role with a potential duration of 5 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on performance.

Work Environment

The position is fully on-site, located in a busy workshop environment. While the majority of tasks are performed indoors, there may be occasional outdoor responsibilities during peak periods. Overtime opportunities are available but not compulsory unless volunteers are needed. The standard work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
