We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Life Care Center of Coos Bay. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will provide direct rehab care to patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. This includes developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs
  • Provide education to patients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • NBCOT certification upon hire
  • Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy
  • Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
  • One (1) year experience in post acute care or related setting preferred
