Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Life Care Center of Coos Bay is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their maximum potential and independence.

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will provide direct rehab care to patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. This includes developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current licensure in applicable state
  • One year of experience in post-acute care or related setting
  • CPR certification
