Job Overview
As an Automotive Technical Educator, you will play a crucial role in delivering both live and virtual training sessions to dealership technicians. Your focus will be on the diagnosis, servicing, and maintenance of various automotive systems across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging training sessions for dealership technicians, covering all aspects of automotive systems.
- Evaluate and familiarize yourself with new model vehicles to enhance training effectiveness.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise across all skill areas.
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of tools, components, and vehicles.
- Collaborate with the Course Development Team to support training initiatives.
- Assist in scheduling training sessions and managing course registrations to optimize attendance.
- Work closely with Business Center Field personnel to align training efforts.
- Communicate effectively with dealership staff regarding training needs.
- Provide guidance to Service Managers on leveraging technical training for dealership success.

Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive components and systems.
- Proven ability to utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as scan tools and lab scopes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse personalities.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to learn independently and stay updated with technological advancements.
- Proficiency in office software, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- A degree is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
- At least two years of experience as a technician, preferably with Stellantis brands.
- Teaching experience in the automotive field is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as necessary (up to 30%).

Work Environment
- The role involves working in various settings, including classrooms, workshops, and offices.
- Personal protective equipment may be required in specific situations.
- Classroom activities may involve standing, sitting, and occasional lifting.
- Office tasks will include using virtual tools to present content to an online audience.
