About the Role

Benesch is seeking a skilled Construction Technical Representative to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and schedule.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project procedures and specifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including Inspector's Daily Reports and other project documentation.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive growth and improvement within the construction group.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; AAS in Civil Technology, Surveying, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Current KDOT certifications or ability to obtain a plus.
  • Experience: KDOT construction experience a plus; knowledge of KDOT manuals, procedures, forms, and specifications preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task and work independently.
