Position Overview
An esteemed Insurance Firm is seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Role Responsibilities

The Administrative Operations Coordinator will oversee the reception area and front desk operations, providing essential administrative assistance and facilitating various tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.

This role encompasses managing incoming communications, welcoming guests, handling mail distribution, organizing deliveries, scheduling meetings, coordinating lunch events, maintaining the cleanliness of shared spaces, processing faxes, liaising with property management, updating contact databases, and procuring office supplies.

Additionally, the position requires collaboration with other departments to assist with reporting, data management, and various administrative functions as required.

Employment Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a duration of 6 months.

This position is fully on-site within a professional office setting. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a more relaxed dress code on Fridays. The office accommodates 30-40 employees, with occasional visitors.
