About the Role

eBay is seeking an experienced eBay Live Account Manager - Sports to join our team and drive scale and success in our growing program. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our sellers to help them succeed on eBay Live, a new way to sell on eBay where sellers and buyers interact live on video.

You will be responsible for delivering on ambitious GMV targets, building out our seller and event supply, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver success for those sellers and events. You will also select and onboard new sellers to eBay Live, conduct business development activities, and define criteria for selecting sellers to onboard.

As an Account Manager, you will help sellers find success on eBay Live by understanding drivers of success on the platform and coaching your portfolio of sellers accordingly. You will also advocate for sellers with cross-functional teams, come up with solutions to problems, and seed new programs to help sellers be successful.

This role will be focused on building our trading cards and related categories portfolio on eBay Live. If you have a passion for live selling formats and experience working directly with sellers and retailers in the collectibles space, we encourage you to apply.

What You Will Bring
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant ecommerce experience working directly with sellers and retailers in the collectibles space, ideally across multiple collectible verticals
  • Experience and interest in Live selling formats
  • Proven track record leading multiple priorities simultaneously with minimum guidance
  • Strong project management, organization, and partner engagement skills, including multitasking to lead and execute projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with sellers and internal team members
  • Ability and willingness to travel to meet in person with accounts (up to 15% of month)
