Join Our Team as a Home Health Care Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health care services in Fork, Maryland.

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated nurse to join our team and provide one-on-one care to our clients in the North/Central Baltimore County area.

Responsibilities
  • Perform home health visits and provide care to clients in their homes
  • Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed
  • Follow up with and execute doctors' orders
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations
  • Travel to cases as assigned
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred
