Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
- Continuously assess and revise care plans, collaborating with nursing staff as needed.
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
- Current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
