Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Baltimore, MD. As a home health physical therapist, you will provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
- Implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to improve clients' physical function.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and revise care plans, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
- Current MD Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
