Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Glen Echo, Maryland. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in their homes.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote clients' health and independence.
- Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote healthy living.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations to ensure seamless care management.
- A current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
