Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team at Stephens. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open new accounts and obtain required information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Set up and maintain related files and documentation to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Process and verify customer orders via our trading platform to ensure timely execution.
  • Review and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to past transactions.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information to resolve any concerns or issues.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 12-18 months of prior industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment.

  • SIE - Securities Industry Essentials
  • Series 7 - General Securities Representative
  • Series 63 - State Law Exam or Series 66 - Combined State Law
