As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to implement strategic initiatives and maintain high service standards within a fast-paced legal environment. Your leadership will help shape the future of our operational practices.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $90,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties

  • Monitor the quality and timeliness of work, ensuring deadlines are met by tracking KPIs for all personnel.
  • Facilitate the smooth progression of client matters through the workflow pipeline, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Oversee office facilities and manage inventory of office supplies.
  • Assist the Owner with recruitment, hiring, and human resources management.
  • Conduct training and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Supervise the activities of third-party vendors and equipment.
  • Implement and manage firm technology and project management systems.
  • Oversee case management, contact management, and document management processes.
  • Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to the firm’s policies and procedures.
  • Prepare dashboards and status reports for the Owner.
Qualifications:

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of operational experience in the professional services sector.
  • Prior supervisory experience, ideally managing a team of 15 or more.
  • Experience in employee engagement, leadership, and human resources processes.
  • Proficiency in managing relationships with bookkeepers, accountants, technology providers, and other vendors.
  • Expertise in managing cases and projects to ensure successful, timely, and budget-compliant resolutions.
