Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Consumer Outside Sales Specialist to join our team at Windstream. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Windstream products and services to customers in a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell Windstream products and services to customers in a designated territory
  • Go door-to-door to speak with potential customers, complete orders, and ensure service activation
  • Set up accurate billing and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet product and service sales quotas and attend Windstream special events to build your network and increase sales opportunities
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • A reliable and insured personal vehicle needed to drive to and from assigned territories
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
  • Self-motivation and a desire for success
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover terrains ranging from paved, gravel, dirt, and hilly roads
  • Sales experience
  • Bilingual, English & Spanish, a plus
