Customer Service Representative

At Overhead Door, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Provide Product Information: Provide customers with information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Process Orders: Process customer orders, including taking payments and updating customer records.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Possess basic technical skills, with the ability to use computer software and hardware to perform job duties.
  • Customer Service Experience: Possess prior customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
