About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Sales Manager to join our team at AMMEGA Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the commercialization of our products in Northern California, Utah, and Colorado.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop New Sales Opportunities: Identify and develop new sales opportunities for our Fluid Power and Power Transmission products with Industrial Distribution partners.
  • Achieve Sales Budget: Achieve annual sales budget for the geographic territory and assigned accounts.
  • Synergize Products and Programs: Synergize AMMEGA Group's products, programs, and industry-targeted projects and promotions.
  • Define Strategic Customers: Define strategic customers per assigned territory and establish action plans to develop business within those customers.
  • Participate in Performance Reviews: Participate in quarterly and annual performance reviews with the Head of Distribution Sales.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers: Collaborate with Product Managers in the development of campaigns for industry and industry development requirements.
  • Support Supply Chain Management: Support Supply Chain management to bring supply chain and inventory in line with forecasted demand.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable: Monitor Accounts Receivable in conjunction with the Regional Vice President Sales, including submittals, approvals, and follow-up on product returns, collections, and administration of credits.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Distribution sales or Business Development.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; excellent inter-personal and communication skills; strategic planning and project execution; capable of managing a variety of stakeholder relationships.
  • Travel: 50%-75% travel required.
