Job Title: Part Time Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a Part Time Front Desk Agent to join our team at Aloft Tampa Downtown. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage guest room assignments, ensuring that guests are accommodated in their preferred rooms.
  • Process payments and handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Provide information and recommendations to guests on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous hotel experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions.
