Job Title: Vacation Sales Manager

At Bluegreen Vacations, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a key member of our Retail Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and feedback, and recognize and reward outstanding performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and sales associate productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales management experience, preferably in the timeshare industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
