About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team at Solomon Page. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining cohesive and visually compelling user experiences across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement: Develop intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent user interfaces across websites, intranet platforms, and email templates.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with developers, content creators, and marketing professionals to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Brand System Management: Maintain and evolve the company's brand system, ensuring all digital assets adhere to established guidelines and convey a cohesive brand identity.
  • User Research and Usability Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Design Communication: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
  • Client Collaboration: Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior designers, helping to cultivate a collaborative and creative team environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on brand systems.
  • Design Skills: Proven experience designing for websites, intranet, and email platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working with clients in the financial industry is a significant advantage.
  • Design Tools: Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
