- Process Adherence and Leadership: Consistently use the Cummins Sales Process and provide mentorship to less experienced account executives.
- Education: College or university degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market trends.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cummins offers a competitive salary range of $74,800 - $112,200, depending on experience. We are an equal opportunity employer and offer a comprehensive benefits package.
