Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect Development: Identify and research potential customers to create opportunities for sales growth.
  • Account Planning and Execution: Develop account plans and conduct face-to-face sales calls to strengthen relationships and position Cummins as a valuable solution provider.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and establish new ones by understanding their needs and business models.
  • Solution Identification: Leverage your understanding of customer priorities to identify and offer Cummins solutions that meet their needs.
  • Market Insights: Provide market insights to your manager to inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiation and Payment Management: Negotiate with customers and manage accounts receivables to ensure timely payment.
  • Sales Achievement and Customer Satisfaction: Drive sales growth, meet targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process Adherence and Leadership: Consistently use the Cummins Sales Process and provide mentorship to less experienced account executives.
Requirements
  • Education: College or university degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market trends.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

Cummins offers a competitive salary range of $74,800 - $112,200, depending on experience. We are an equal opportunity employer and offer a comprehensive benefits package.
