The Role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Quality Improvement Manager to drive process improvement initiatives across our organization. As a key member of our quality team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain quality and performance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regulatory and contracted value-related clinical outcomes initiatives, including CMS quality reporting programs and third-party payer incentives.
- Analyze clinical outcomes to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate performance improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
- Engage in a culture of quality, safety, high reliability, patient, and staff engagement, and performance excellence.
- Participate in quality metrics and abstraction/validation activities as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Registered Nurse license to practice in Kansas.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably in clinical settings or public health.
