Job Description:

The Quality Specialist Nurse will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders, including process owners, organizational leaders, and physicians.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement quality and performance initiatives to improve clinical outcomes.
  2. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and measure their effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures related to quality and performance improvement.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in Kansas.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Master's degree.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in process improvement.
Salary:

$85,000 per year.
