Salary and BenefitsWe offer competitive pay based on experience, ranging from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on qualifications and location. Additionally, we provide flexible scheduling options, including four-hour to twelve-hour shifts, advancement opportunities, paid training, and a range of benefits, including disability insurance, accident insurance, and telehealth services.
Job DescriptionYour role as a Home Care Specialist will involve providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. This may include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing companionship and emotional support. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
