Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
  • Clinical Practice Initiatives: Lead and participate in clinical practice initiatives, such as quality improvement projects, policy development, and education programs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals, to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the United States.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing practice, preferably in a clinical leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs).
