We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Crunch Fitness. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our Front Desk department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the Front Desk and retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive member experience.
  • Monitor and analyze membership and retail goals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead and develop the skills of Front Desk employees, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Implement and support company programs and promotions to drive new sales leads and optimize membership growth.
  • Provide exceptional member service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the check-in process for members and guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Communicate effectively with members, guests, and colleagues, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fitness or retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
