Customer Service Supervisor Opportunity

As a Customer Service Supervisor at Kohl's, you will be responsible for training associates to maximize performance and customer experience. This role involves overseeing daily functions of the Cash Office, maintaining organization of the registers and service desk areas, and supervising the accurate and efficient processing of customers' requests and transactions. Additionally, you will observe associate performance and provide guidance to ensure exceptional customer service.
