Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Development Professional at the BB Watkins Agency. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

About the Role
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain a network of contacts within the community to stay informed about customer needs and preferences
  2. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell State Farm products
  3. Conduct regular reviews with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their insurance coverage
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
