Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can provide superior customer service support to our students and other general student departments. The primary contact for Chatbot Live chats, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring various student accounts and skills.

About the Role:

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing frontline customer service support to students and other general student departments
  • Serving as the primary contact for Chatbot Live chats
  • Coordinating and monitoring various student accounts and skills
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve issues and improve student satisfaction
