- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff, coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes, and assist with scheduling.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee training and productivity of the front desk, conduct regular performance evaluations, and cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Patient Relations: Address patient concerns regarding billing, insurance, and legal inquiries, while providing the highest levels of customer service and maintaining patient compliance.
- Office Efficiency and Compliance: Ensure the office is properly stocked with necessary equipment and implement efficient office workflows and processes.
- Reporting: Host weekly meetings to review data with the staff to identify and discuss strategies for improving patient care, enrollments, and other key performance indicators.
Qualifications and Skills:
