Position Overview:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality staffing service to educational institutions and supply personnel within your designated region. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing the reputation of New Directions Inc. and fostering business growth through satisfied clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, screen, and maintain strong relationships with candidates available for temporary educational roles.
  • Develop connections with various school personnel, including heads of departments and administrative staff, to promote our services.
  • Conduct a set number of school visits weekly to generate new business and provide follow-up services to existing clients.
  • Promote all services offered by New Directions Inc., including professional development training during school visits.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with educational institutions that require supply staff.
  • Organize and participate in meetings with school leaders to present our services effectively.
  • Utilize our computer systems to manage client and candidate interactions while updating records accurately.
  • Make proactive sales calls to secure assignments for supply staff and convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Maintain regular communication with supply staff to ensure their availability for assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with all administrative processes, reporting, and record-keeping requirements.
  • Prepare high-quality CVs and profiles for candidates seeking long-term positions.
  • Meet branch performance indicators as set by management.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a recruitment consultancy role.
  • A solid understanding of revenue generation and budget management.
  • Exceptional negotiation and margin control skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment regulations.
  • A valid driving license.
