As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at New Directions Inc, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional staffing solutions to educational institutions across the region. Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, screen, and maintain productive relationships with candidates seeking supply work within your designated area.
  • Develop and nurture connections with school personnel, including headteachers and department heads, to understand their staffing needs.
  • Conduct regular visits to educational establishments to promote our comprehensive services and generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and secure additional partnerships with schools to expand work opportunities for registered supply staff.
  • Organize and facilitate Cluster Meetings to effectively showcase our services to both current and potential clients.
  • Utilize our database efficiently during client and candidate interactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
  • Execute proactive outbound sales calls to generate bookings for supply staff while adhering to established processes and standards.
  • Maintain consistent communication with supply staff to ensure their availability and engagement with New Directions Inc.
  • Ensure compliance with all administrative and reporting requirements, maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare professional CVs and profiles for candidates seeking long-term placements.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a billing recruitment consultancy role.
  • A strong understanding of revenue generation and budget management.
  • Exceptional negotiation and margin control skills.
  • The ability to foster effective relationships with candidates, clients, and the local community.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of Agency Workers Regulations (AWR).
  • A valid driving license.
