Job Summary: Elwyn is seeking a skilled Licensed Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Services, you will work collaboratively with families and treatment teams to design and implement individualized resiliency plans for children and adolescents with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement resiliency plans in collaboration with families and treatment teams
  • Maintain regular contact with caregivers, therapists, and other team members to monitor plan implementation
  • Facilitate Interagency Service Planning Team (ISPT) meetings to review progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including functional behavior assessments, resiliency plans, and progress notes
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to assigned staff members

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent
  • Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in providing mental health direct services to children and adolescents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
