JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience in retail management or rent-to-own sectors is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide training.
  • 1 - 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail setting is desirable.
  • Must adhere to a drug-free workplace policy and successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with a driving record that meets company standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in managing daily work schedules, delivery timelines, task assignments, and enforcement of company policies.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee sales, accounting, service, and collection activities.
  • Support customer retention and collection efforts as necessary.
  • Prepare and review store reports while managing inventory and cash assets.
  • Promote employee engagement by focusing on sales floor activities and training.
  • Ensure that store merchandise and displays are well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Ensure that in-store programs and plans align with company objectives and meet assigned quotas.
  • Assist the store manager with daily operations as required.
