About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Reily Foods Company. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of online coffee orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill e-commerce coffee orders, including monitoring and printing orders, filling, and shipping in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with inventory management, including filling and restocking coffee bins
- Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Support backup operations of the retail coffee shop, including brewing and serving coffee, filling food displays, and taking phone orders
- Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in safety training and safety system ownership initiatives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with ability to accurately fill orders
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Team player, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office products and shipping software
