    • Ensure that customers receive accurate and complete information about their prescriptions, including dosage instructions and potential side effects.
  • Prescription Accuracy
    • Verify the accuracy of prescriptions before dispensing them to patients.
    • Use technology, such as barcode scanners and automated dispensing systems, to ensure that prescriptions are filled correctly and efficiently.
  • Pharmacy Operations
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staffing, and scheduling.
    • Ensure that the pharmacy is clean, organized, and well-maintained, meeting all regulatory and company standards.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other pharmacy staff, including technicians and pharmacists, to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
    • Communicate effectively with other departments, such as customer service and operations, to ensure that patients receive seamless service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure
    • Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
  • Skills
    • Effective oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including inventory management and staffing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience
    • 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
  • Language Skills
    • Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing).
