Pharmacist - Clinical Services Specialist

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services to patients in a hospital setting. This includes ensuring safe and effective medication therapy, monitoring patient care needs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary care providers.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) degree or B.S. Pharm degree
- Current Oregon Pharmacist license
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant hospital experience
