About the Opportunity


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Fort Mill, SC.


Job Summary


The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to ensure seamless operations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy
  • Analyze inventory variances and reconcile discrepancies
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain reports to track inventory performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization
  • Audit counts and determine items that require recounts
  • Perform bin audits as assigned to fix inventory errors as they occur

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Prior experience in inventory control or a related field
  • Familiarity with distribution center inventory management systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Compensation and Benefits:


The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.
