**Job Summary:**

Tenet Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the daily clinical operations of our physician office. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a physician office, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. They will be responsible for managing staff performance, scheduling, inventory control, and patient flow, as well as overseeing daily clinical operations and resolving patient issues as needed.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with patients, physicians, and staff in a tactful, diplomatic, and professional manner. They will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead staff and resolve conflicts when necessary.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Manage staff performance, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and tracking clinical materials
  • Participate in training and coaching of staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Resolve patient issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a physician office, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in state of employment
  • Current BLS certification
  • Demonstrated understanding of fiscal and human resource management in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of computer systems and applications, including electronic medical records and MS Office products
