Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management
- Develop and implement review plans that meet client requirements and Lighthouse standards
- Supervise the execution of review plans and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
- Consultative Services
- Provide expert advice on review workflow strategy and optimal application of technology
- Recommend best practices in review and drive adoption across the organization
- Client and Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate directly with counsel, clients, and review vendors on project progress and results
- Ensure seamless collaboration and coordination across teams
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Establish and manage quality control measures to ensure adherence to Lighthouse playbook and execution of throughput goals
- Collaborate with AI experts and data project managers to drive process improvement initiatives
- Subject Matter Expertise
- Provide client- and case-specific subject matter expertise to support review projects
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new review methodologies
- Experience
- Three years of experience as a document review manager with a review provider or law firm
- Education and Certification
- Attorney, active and in good standing in any US jurisdiction
- Skills and Abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse contractor attorney teams in completion of review workflows
- Strong written and oral communication skills suited to a client-facing role
- Knowledge of litigation discovery process and objectives
- Proficiency as an end user in Relativity, Brainspace, Blackout, or comparable platforms
Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
Duties may require occasionally working outside normal business hours (evenings and weekends).
