As a Collections Team Supervisor, you will oversee the transition of all collection activities from the USA to CDMX, while executing the initiatives set forth by the team, including the implementation of tools and the standardization of processes across the USA and other regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the communication bridge between the USA and Mexico Finance Shared Services Center.
Supervise the team and address escalated issues.
Manage critical customer interactions.
Drive the implementation of initiatives and ensure the team adheres to these changes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
Qualifications:
A completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Economics, or Administrative Sciences.
Previous experience in Collections is essential.
Experience in a Financial Shared Services Center supporting USA operations is required.
Proficiency in English is crucial.
Adept at investigating issues thoroughly and proposing effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree.
