The Fishers Island Club is hiring a highly motivated Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team. As Restaurant Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving sales growth in our restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
About the RoleYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising restaurant staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and bartenders
- Managing inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Collaborating with chefs to develop menus and improve culinary offerings
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
- Two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
