At CAMBA, we're on a mission to build an inclusive New York City where everyone has access to the resources and support they need to thrive. We offer over 180 integrated programs across various areas, including education, youth development, family support, job training, health, housing, and legal services. Our comprehensive approach helps us reach more than 73,000 individuals and families, with almost 13,000 youth.
Our HomeBase program is a key part of this effort, providing case management and essential services to 600 at-risk individuals and families in Bedford-Stuyvesant to prevent homelessness. By offering support with public benefits, housing, education, healthcare, and other challenges, we help people maintain stable households and improve their overall well-being.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our HomeBase program. This includes communicating effectively with clients, direct reporting staff, peers, supervisors, and funders regarding best practices. You will also have input into contract requirements and ensure that all client files and program files are kept up to date according to funder standards.
A key aspect of this role is analyzing data to drive programmatic improvements and supervise direct reporting staff to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will plan and organize program activities to maximize contract goals and performance targets. Your excellent communication skills will help you work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in social services or a related field. A bachelor's degree (e.g., B.A., B.S.W.) and/or equivalent experience are required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience. CAMBA provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, and paid holidays. As an equal opportunity employer, we value diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
