Role Responsibilities

As the Engineering Manager for the CLM Collaboration Team, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing features for our suite of collaboration and negotiation tools within the DocuSign CLM and Intelligent Agreement Management offerings. You will lead a team of full stack engineers, overseeing the delivery of innovative features while collaborating with other engineering managers and teams to foster employee engagement in product development. Additionally, you will partner with key stakeholders to create a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic vision. This role encompasses responsibilities as a people manager, hiring manager, technical leader, and delivery manager, ensuring effective collaboration across departments to achieve project goals and implement best practices.

Hybrid: Employees will split their time between remote work and in-office attendance, with a minimum expectation of two days per week in the office.

Qualifications

Essential

  • 5+ years of combined experience in software development and management across various languages and frameworks
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing software teams of six or more
  • Proven experience leading full stack engineering teams

Preferred

  • Track record of successfully leading geographically distributed teams
  • Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks
  • Experience managing mid to large-sized full stack teams
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms
  • Experience with advanced web applications and test-driven development (TDD)
  • Knowledge of complex data ecosystems and data lifecycle management
  • Proven ability to drive change and improve team processes
  • Expertise in high-scale, highly available systems
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as CSS, AJAX, JSON, HTML, and MVC
  • Experience with Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Proven ability to identify and develop talent
  • Experience in full stack SaaS development
  • Experience launching initial versions of products
Wage Transparency

In accordance with applicable legislation, the following pay ranges apply:

California: $151,800 - $245,150 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $145,800 - $214,350 base salary

This position is also eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits.
