Job Overview

Xerox Holdings Corporation, a leading provider of staffing solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure for our client in higher education.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft M365/O365, Active Directory, and Identity and Access Management (IDA). You will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Microsoft M365/O365 environment, ensuring optimal performance and security. Additionally, you will manage and troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory, implement and maintain IDA solutions, and collaborate with the existing Network Administrator to ensure seamless network operations.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and maintaining the Microsoft M365/O365 environment
  • Managing and troubleshooting Active Directory issues
  • Implementing and maintaining IDA solutions
  • Collaborating with the Network Administrator to ensure seamless network operations
  • Providing technical support and assistance to end-users
  • Monitoring network performance and proactively identifying and resolving issues
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of network upgrades and improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in network administration, preferably in an educational or similar environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft M365/O365, Active Directory, and IDA
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to network infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and end-users
  • Ability to work on-site daily at the BCS location
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the school system
